O.P.I. App For Iphone........................................

This is one of the very few times I wish I had an Iphone. My little sis put me on to O.P.I's app which allows you to choose colors for your skin tone. It also keeps you updated on their new colors.  Believe it or not, your nail color is now just as big of an accessory as a bag or a shoe.

My little sis recently started getting color on her nails so she's still uncomfortable with her choices. This is great for you if you're just getting used to exploring with nail polish.

I searched to see if they have a APP for Android and couldn't find one : ( let me know if you have better luck.
