Salon K Staten Island, NY (On Blast)....................................

I got an email from a young lady who would like to remain anonymous about Salon K in Staten Island, NY. To make a long story short she tried to make an appointment and was greeted by a rude receptionist. She then asked for the owner and apparently the lack of professionalism trickles down from the top because she was just as rude. CUSTOMER SERVICE should not be an option people!!!! As long as we continue to let establishments get away with treating their customers like they don't matter, they'll continue to do so. Hopefully Salon K will get wind of this and step their game up.
