huh, what? I don't know who thinks that but makeup should be used as an accessory to enhance what you already have. Compliment your look, but definitely shouldn't be used to make your look
I agree Shante. Some of us can over do it at times and not for nothing but it does make some women look better LOL. I personally like makeup. It allows my look to be versatile. I never cake it on though.
