Raise your hand if you over did it for the Holidays...........................................

It's ok mine is raised too. I love food and rice especially SMH. So I'm looking for a diet that works for me because it's been really hard to deny myself certain things lately. I'll post a new diet every week for the rest of the raised hands LOL (I see you girl, we're gonna do it together). The first diet I looked at was the Beyonce/cayenne pepper diet. I'll tell you right now that this clearly isn't for me. Someone will find me passed out in a corner some where! If you're brave enough, go right ahead and let me know how it works out for you. Below is a video of a young lady who started last month and I must say her weight loss is dramatic.
