Why do women only accept the double standard when it benefits them? We're expected to hold the door open for you but a man can't get a hot meal when he wants one?

    Because we pick our battles. Meaning we pick what we choose to put up with. For example some females choose to put up with a cheating man but refuse to put up with disrespect from the same cheting man.

    Well good morning Anonymous from Brooklyn, I hope you are getting a hot meal this morning lol. My opinion on your question is its not that woman accept the double standard when it benefits them you are just meeting women that are using you sorry... I can only speak personally for myself and say that I eat a hot meal every night so maybe the women that you are meeting dont know how to cook or they dont eat hot meals anyway lol... also this sounds like a question for people in a relationship because just because you open the door on the first date doesnt warrent you a hot meal... So if your girl isnt cooking for you then you need to ask her that qustion ;-)
