Half wigs are becoming very popular. They're quick and easy and also come in many different hair textures. I've never tried them personally because I feel in my heart that my head is too big for wigs (don't laugh that's not nice!). My bestie has in the past and when she doesn't have time to go to the hair dresser, she'll put one on and you really can't tell that it's a wig since you're able to leave your hair out in the front.
